As The Social Entrepreneur Coach I’m passionate about helping social enterprises thrive, by creating sustainable income streams that enable you to deliver the activities, programmes and services you need to create the social and environmental change you want to see in the world.
Over the past three years, I’ve found my group programmes have been a transformational space for social enterprise leader, founders and social entrepreneurs to discover new insights, learn and build confidence to lead in their own inspired way.
I find group coaching works best for a lot of social enterprise leaders and founders, because in addition to the personalised support they receive, they also benefit from listening and observing to their peers (other leaders and founders) being coached too.
Likewise in our group Q&A sessions most of my clients say they find listening to other people’s questions and the answers I share, are as equally valuable as the questions they asked and received answers for. We often don’t know what questions we have or challenges we’re facing until we hear someone else express it.
This is why I wanted to create the first community for social enterprise leaders and founders to access weekly group coaching, support and training from someone who has been in their shoes, knows what it’s like to run a business and has the knowledge and skills to specifically support them in generating sales, a sustainable business model through a majority of trading income and attracting their dream clients and customers consistently.
