Social and environmental is core to our social enterprises, so it makes sense that we measure and communicate this in a way that both demonstrates what we do, how we are delivering on our mission and aims, and shows how we plan to develop and deepen or grow our impact.

Social and environmental is core to our social enterprises, so it makes sense that we measure and communicate this in a way that both demonstrates what we do, how we are delivering on our mission and aims, and shows how we plan to develop and deepen or grow our impact.

The most common way social enterprises do this is by writing an impact report, after doing the data collection and analysis (over a particular period of time).

In this episode I explore the importance of presenting your data and impact in a way that makes sense for your target audiences, and recognising that text-heavy reports are not always the best way to do this.

You can find out more about what I share in one of my blogs with the same title here.
