Do you always need a coach or mentor? No, I don't think so but I do think they can be super helpful in keeping you on track towards your goals.

In this episode, I talk about what the difference is between a coach and mentor, who might be best to work with at different times in your business, as they help in different ways.

I also share my journey to moving from being a mentor to becoming a qualified coach.
