4. Your income goal - How to calculate your “oh so impactful” Income Goal so you feel motivated in your sales activity and know exactly why your ambition matters

5. Build your revenue plan - start to decide exactly what you need to do next to achieve your income goals this quarter!


Why work with me, Kat Luckock?

Hey, I'm Kat Luckock, the coach for Social Entrepreneurs and for-purpose business owners struggling to get financial momentum in their business so they can deliver on their mission to change the world!

I haven’t always done this. I started as a social entrepreneur myself, back in 2013, when my best friend, Jen and I grew our first social enterprise (Solutions for the Planet) from £14k/year annual turnover to £100k/year in just 18 months. (Eleven years on it's still going strong with an annual income close to £200k/year).

Before this I spent my whole career working in the voluntary and charity sector successfully generating income through grant funding for the projects building community cohesion I led.

But as a social entrepreneur I realized the freedom generating income through sales created for your organization but also the mindset challenges many founders face in charging well for the services they provided because of a misplaced belief that you can’t do that in this sector. 

Over the past 7 years I’ve worked with hundreds of social entrepreneurs and for-purpose business owners (including coaches and consultants) to tap into the true value of their work and price their work accordingly, helping them build a sustainable business, and generate more revenue than they ever thought possible, all whilst developing incredible social impact.

More generally, I’m a mum of two and a not-so secret chocoholic! I’m passionate about supporting you to create your powerfully purposeful business that’s fully aligned to who you are, who you are becoming and how you want to live your life, whilst generating the wealth you need to pursue your ambitious vision for social and environmental change.
