9 Social Enterprise Awards you could apply for in 2019

So you’ve been thinking 2019 is the year you’re going to apply for some awards and recognition of all the hard work and social impact you’ve created to date.

Here’s a list of 9 social enterprise awards (in the UK) to help you get started. Many of them haven’t opened for submissions yet but they’re worth you keeping an eye out for and adding them to your to do list.

• Social Enterprise UK Awards 

• Social Business Wales Awards

• Social Enterprise Scotland 

• Social enterprise Northern Ireland 

• Cumbria Social Enterprise Awards

• The centre for social justice - social enterprise award

• Social Business Awards Natwest SE100

• Global Good Awards

• Blue Patch Awards

But don’t just look for Awards promoting social enterprise though, look out for mainstream business and third sector awards which may have relevant categories for your organisation too. For example:

Lloyds Bank National Business Awards - The Positive Social Impact Award

Institute of Directors Awards  - these are delivered regionally, with finalist then going to the national finals. Find out what your region is and apply there first.
