This years theme for International Women's Day is Choose to Challenge.
I feel like my business (and current purpose) is to challenge the belief that:
as female social entrepreneurs were not able to generate unlimited wealth and income in our social enterprises
we're not confident in sales or making sales is somehow unethical
we can't charge what we truly desire, that reflects our true value or that stretch our own sense of self-worth
we are not worthy of whatever we desire.
So I'm handing over this whole month of episodes to incredible guest experts shedding more light on the issue of wealth, income and profit in the social impact and purpose driven business world.
As one of my guests shares... one way we can shift power and create more positive change is by having more money and wealth (both personally and in our businesses).
