In the live training I did today I shared exactly how this essential part of running a social enterprise helped me:
secure £60k grant funding as a social entrepreneur, even when we were relatively unknown and had never secured funding on this scale before
attract 4 high paying coaching clients (two at £3950) in a sector that everyone says has no money for such things (ie the social enterprise sector - yes, social entrepreneurs paid me this much to work with me as their coach)
launch brand new programmes and courses that sell - help clients achieve the same results, and make sales aligned to their goals
work towards my first £100k year at Share Impact - sell £10k plus contracts with corporate clients year after year for a programme that people traditionally see as charitable and requiring “sponsorship”

The single most important thing to do to achieve your monthly income goals in your social enterprise:
1. Decide on a goal and commit to it - I know so many of you just don’t do this
2. Work out how much of what you need to sell to achieve that goal
3: Create a plan of what you need to do to sell that many of those things
4. Do those things, don’t get distracted and do other things, do the things that create the sales and prioritise these
Because then you can deliver the impact you’re meant to create.
